Pricing and Availability
Room requests are subject to availability. Prices are confirmed when paid for and are subject to change with notice. Incidental charges are the responsibility of the guest and are to be paid to the hotel upon check out.

Taxes
All hotel rooms and meeting space rentals are subject to room and occupancy taxes based on the city, township, municipality, and/ or state where the hotel is physically located. These taxes are in addition to the room rates shown.

Payment Policy
A one-night deposit or credit card guarantee equal to one night room with tax is the minimum required to confirm each room reservation. Payment in one of two methods may be chosen upon placement of your reservation request.  Payment in advance option requires payment with a credit card upon placement of the reservation.  Your credit card will be charged for an amount equal to room nights and applicable taxes requested in your reservation request.  You agree to allow ALLSPORT Marketing or Event SuperSource to process a payment on your credit card for the appropriate amounts to secure your reservation by the means you have chosen when placing your reservation request through www.ALLSPORTmarketing.com or verbally with our offices.  If payment is not able to be collected when due, reservations will be cancelled immediately and no deposit(s) will be refunded. Be aware that cancellation policy varies by hotel and by event.

Method of Payment
Credit card (Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover). Checks will be accepted by ALLSPORT Marketing, but reservations must be secured with a credit card, and checks must be received no more than two weeks prior to your arrival to the hotel for “Pre-Pay” option.  You agree that by entering your reservation request and personal data such as hotel of choice, room type preferences, arrival and departure dates, and event that you have willingly authorized ALLSPORT Marketing to secure hotel accommodations for you and to charge the credit card that you have provided for applicable fees and/ or deposits.  You further agree that ALLSPORT Marketing, Event SuperSource, or the hotel may charge your credit card without a signature on file, and that you will not dispute these charges with your credit card company at a later date. You agree that by submitting a reservation request that you are willingly entering into agreement with ALLSPORT Marketing per the terms contained herein.

Hotel Reservation Cancellation Policy
You agree to adhere to the cancellation policy outlined on your e-confirmation for each individual reservation.  You agree that cancellation may result in charges to your credit card

Early Check-0uts
Generally there is a one-night penalty fee, or flat rate charge for early check-outs. Penalties vary by hotel. Please inquire, and carefully read the cancellation policy that will appear on your e-confirmation.

Liability Disclaimer
Although ALLSPORT Marketing LLC makes every effort to represent the truth, the information, products, or services published on this website may include errors or typographical mistakes. GENERAL PROVISIONS: This Agreement shall in all respects be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.  No waiver of any right or remedy on one occasion by either party shall be deemed a waiver of such right to remedy on any other occasion.  This agreement shall not be supplemented or modified by any course of dealings or usage of trade.  Variance from or addition to the terms and conditions of this Agreement in any purchase order or other written notification from you will be of no effect, unless otherwise expressly provided in this agreement.  You agree to maintain “incident and Injury reports” regarding any incident or injury occurring during the event or at a hotel or facility listed on this website, and shall retain documentation of such incidents for at least (2) two years after incident date.  You agree to hold harmless ALLSPORT Marketing LLC and subsidiaries, owners, employees, and Event SuperSource LLC, for any liability, injury, additional expense, or incident that occurs with, or in relation to any of the information, hotels, facilities, or companies listed on our website or recommended to you by our organization.

DISPUTES under this Agreement or between the parties at this Agreement shall be submitted to binding arbitration pursuant to the rules then prevailing of the American Arbitration Association.  All proceedings or hearings related to any such arbitration shall take place in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania or Bucks County Pennsylvania.  No claim, regardless of form, arising out of this agreement or the purchase of products and services under this agreement may be brought more than one year after such claim arises.  This Site is established in the United States and will abide by the laws of that country. When you use the Site, you accept that your use of the Site and any information on the Site, will also be governed by the laws of the United Sites and if any claim or dispute arises from your use of the Site or any of the information on it, you agree that the US courts or American Arbitration decisions will have exclusive jurisdiction over all such claims or disputes.

User Accounts
User Accounts are meant for use by you to place and maintatin reservations, information, and requests pertaining to events, facilities, or hotels appearing on our website.  You agree that all information you submit through your user account is accurate to the best of your knowledge, and that you have authorization to use an credit card numbers or information you submit for purposes of securing and/ or paying for hotel rooms, products or services through our website.  You agree to take full responsibility for any issues arising from your own unlawful or unauthorized use of the credit card information you submit on our website, and that you will be responsible for payment of all charges or fees that arise from misuse of credit cards on this site.  At not time will you or others hold ALLSPORT Marketing LLC or Event SuperSource LLC, or its owners, investors or personnel responsible for issues arising out of your misconduct or unauthorized use of another persons identity or personal information.  You agree that all information you submit to set up or maintain your user account is you, and no one else, and true to the best of your knowledge.
