Once you register a user account with ALLSPORT Marketing and sign in to our system, you are no longer anonymous to us.
ALLSPORT Marketing collects information about your transactions with us, the vents and teams you associate yourself with and with some of our business partners, including information about your use of hotel accommodations and the products and services that we offer.
ALLSPORT Marketing may use collected information for the following many general purposes including customization of the advertising and content you see, fulfillment of your requests for products and services, to improve our services, to contact you, to conduct research, and to provide anonymous reporting for internal and external clients.

ALLSPORT Marketing does not rent, sell, or share personal information about you with other people or nonaffiliated companies except to provide products or services you've requested, when we have your permission, or under the following circumstances:

1. We may provide some information to trusted partners who work on behalf of or with ALLSPORT Marketing under confidentiality agreements. Because we set up hotel accommodations in relation to event organizers, facilities, and municipalities does not necessarily mean that we will share your hotel reservation or personal information with any of these people or companies without your consent.  When you place hotel reservations through ALLSPORTmarketing.com, regardless of the event or reason, your personal travel information, contact information, and financial information will remain completely confidential except to the extent that we must transfer this data on to the host hotel of your choice for the purpose of placing and guaranteeing your reservation.  Should an event organizer, facility, or municipality, or business partner we work with ask us to compile specific personal information regarding your hotel reservations in relation to any event you participate in, you will be given the option to share your information, or opt out prior to the transfer of any of this information. 

8. ALLSPORT Marketing advertisers may include event organizers, hotel companies, municipalities, sporting equipment providers, event facilities, marketing support companies, and product and service providers related to sporting events, sports, travel, and marketing.  ALLSPORT Marketing works with vendors, partners, advertisers, and other service providers in different industries and categories of business.

You may edit your ALLSPORT Marketing user account and preferences at any time.
New categories of marketing communications may be added to our program from time to time. Users who visit our website may opt out of receiving future marketing communications from these new categories or they may unsubscribe as a user, or from receiving e-newsletters and notifications by following instructions contained in the messages they receive.
ALLSPORT Marketing reserves the right to send you certain communications relating to ALLSPORT Marketing products and services, such as service announcements, administrative messages, ALLSPORT Marketing e-newsletters, and upcoming events associated with your reservations, teams, and groups that are considered part of your ALLSPORT Marketing user account, without offering you the opportunity to opt-out of receiving them.
You may delete your ALLSPORT Marketing user account by emailing a deletion request to info@ALLSPORTmarketing.com. When you delete a user account some information may possibly remain in our archived records after your account has been deleted.

ALLSPORT Marketing limits access to personal your information to employees who we believe reasonably need to come in contact with that information to provide products or services to you or in order to do their jobs. We provide physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect your personal information.
