To cancel a reservation, just log into your user account and make the change by filling out a cancellation form available within your user account.  This cancellation request will be logged with a date and time stamp to insure proper processing and record keeping.

To change an existing reservation, just log into your user account and fill out a change form from your personal user account.  Each change request will carry a date and time stamp for proper record keeping with in our system.  Changes will be visible to you form your user account and you may always track progress of your user account in this fashion.

Pay at Check-in Rates are our everyday low group rates that allow you pay for your hotel room and tax charges upon arrival to the hotel.  Guests wishing to use cash usually choose to Pay at Check-In.  The credit card you use to hold your room will NOT be charged in advance, but used only to hold and guarantee your hotel reservation.  The only time your credit card would be charged in this scenario would be if you did not properly cancel your reservation, or if you were considered a “no-show”, in which case you would be charged the equivalent of one night room and tax for not showing up for your reservation.

Pre-Paid Hotel Rates:  Pre-Paid rates are even lower than our already low “Best Pricing” rate.  This special pricing is generally a discount of between 3-5% off our lowest rate.  By choosing the “Pre-Paid” option, your credit card will be charged right away by ALLSPORT Marketing Event SuperSource.  Your credit card receipt will show a charge for your discounted pricing from Event SuperSource for your appropriate room and tax charges. When you arrive at the hotel, you just check in.  No need to give the hotel payment of any type for your room or tax – only for any incidentals you may charge to your room while staying in the hotel.  This is a great option if you would like to pay in advance for someone else’s room.  It cuts down on confusion and check-in hassles.  Our “Pre-Paid” rate option gives you a special discount rate, plus an extended cancellation window to protect you against late cancellation fees due to last minute event schedule changes and emergencies.  Should you need to cancel a pre-paid reservation, your ASM account will show a credit for the full amount due to you.
